Delivery Methods and Charges
For orders placed by phone, on +44 (0)1865 844290, customers will be advised by the sales team of the delivery options and prices.
For website shop sales, appropriate delivery options will be presented to the customer (at the time of checkout) along with their costs so that customers can select the most appropriate method for their circumstances before they are asked to confirm the order. Delivery options and prices may change as different services are sourced and updated at the most effective price for our customers.
Orders received by midday (UK time) are dispatched on the same day. After this time dispatch will be made next day. Currently, delivery to customers is undertaken either by the Royal Mail (UK), Airmail (Non-UK), or a courier service (UK & Non-UK).
Royal Mail delivery within the UK takes on average 1 - 3 working days. Airmail to Europe takes 3 - 21 working days (depending on the destination country), and outside Europe it takes 8 - 24 working days. Please note these services do not provide a tracking number so for valuable orders we strongly recommend selection of the courier service.
Courier delivery within the UK takes one working day, in Europe it’s 2 - 3 working days, and outside Europe around 6 working days.
Please note that it is the responsibility of the customer to pay all customs charges applied outside of the EU. For information about customs charges, we advise that you contact your local post office.
Any stated delivery date, period or rate is provided as a guide only and CAE Oxford Interactive Learning accepts no responsibility for delays experienced with external mail service providers or courier services.
Unless a required delivery date is specified on the order, late delivery will not be sufficient grounds for cancellation, or return of an order once dispatched. Please see our Terms & Conditions section for further guidance if required.
