When using our Webshop service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and to the extent permitted by applicable law you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You should take all necessary steps to ensure that the password is kept confidential and secure and should inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your password has become known to anyone else, or if the password is being, or is likely to be used in an unauthorised manner.

In order to effect a purchase through our Webshop,payment must be made in advance through our online payment partner which iscurrently PayPal. You may use a registered PayPal account, or alternatively youcan pay by card via PayPal without using a registered PayPal account. We areunable to accept alternative methods of payment at this time.
United Kingdom (UK) based customers are charged UKVAT at 20% on all products except the printed books.
Customers from EU member states other than the UKare charged UK VAT at 20% on all products except the printed books, unless theyare ordering on behalf of a business enterprise registered for VAT and are ableto provide proof of country code and VAT registration number. If you areordering via a business that is VAT registered please contact our sales team email@example.com for a manual invoiceto be sent to you for payment.
A VAT invoice is sent to customers by e-mail whentheir order is shipped.
Orders received from outside the EU are not chargedVAT and may have customs charges upon delivery.
An order placed on the website will be acknowledgedby e-mail to a customer’s e-mail address.
The order becomes confirmed at the time ofdispatch. Orders received by midday (UK time) are dispatched on the sameday; after this time, products will be dispatched on the following day.
If there are any problems with a customer’s order,the customer will be contacted by our sales team.
Return,Refund and Cancellation Policy
Hardcopy Books:We make every effort to ensure that products available on our website are fitfor the purpose advertised. Should a customer receive goods from us which arenot of a merchantable quality or fit for the purpose described, the goods maybe returned within 14 days of purchase and, if applicable, a replacement willbe sent; otherwise the price of the goods will be refunded in full. Whenreturning goods to us it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the goodsare sent by an insured carriage service. No refund will be given unlessreturned goods are received by CAE Oxford Interactive Learning at the followingaddress:

eBooks:If an eBook does not perform as described, you may contact us within 28 days of your purchase to request a refund. When a refund is granted, we will remove access to the eBook and your money will be refunded via the same method as that used to make the original purchase.
Computer-basedtraining (CBT) purchases: CBT materials are only eligible for refund within seven days of the purchase date, provided the product has not been used during that time period. When a refund is granted, we will remove access to the CBT and your money will be refunded via the same method used to make the original purchase. Any request for a refund outside of these terms will be considered on a case by case basis by CAE Interactive.
Our book materials are to be used only for the purpose of private study by individuals, and may not be reproduced in any formor medium, copied, stored in a retrieval system, lent, hired, rented,transmitted or adapted in whole or in part without the written consent of CAE Oxford Aviation Academy.
All eBooks purchased are delivered to the customer under the terms of an Individual User Licence (IUL) which stipulates that the eBook is for the personal use of the customer only. When a customer purchases an eBook, they buy an IUL to use the eBook for their personal use. The buyer does not own the eBook content, which at all times, remains the property of and the copyright of CAE Oxford Aviation Academy.
The purchase of an IUL does not allow eBooks to be used for group training or multiple users. Certain copyright material is reproduced with the permission of the International Civil Aviation Organisation, the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).
It is the responsibility of customers purchasing computer software (e.g. CBT products) to check, prior to purchase, that the software ordered is compatible with their computer system.
All computer-based training (CBT) purchased, whether on CD-ROM or online, is delivered to the customer under the terms of an Individual User Licence (IUL) which stipulates that the CBT is for the personal use of the customer only. When a customer purchases CBT, they buy an IUL to use the CBT data for their personal use. The buyer does not own the CBT data: at all times, the data remains the property of and the copyright of CAE OxfordAviation Academy.
The IUL terms are also specified in the licence document contained in CBT CD-ROM cases, and summarized on the CD-ROM caseitself. In the case of online CBT, the IUL terms are also contained within the CBT software itself. Furthermore, when installing CBT onto their PC, the customer is asked to indicate their agreement with the IUL terms before the software permits them to proceed with installation. If a customer is not willing to abide by the terms of the IUL, they are asked to return the CBTsoftware within 14 days of purchase for a full product refund.
The purchase of an IUL does not allow CBT to be used for group training or multiple users. Any individual or training organisation purchasing CBT software may use the CBT for group training only if the individual or training organisation has first purchased a Multi-User Licence Subscription from CAE Interactive. Customers purchasing CBT software should not resell or reproduce the CBT in any form or medium, copy, store in a retrieval system, lend, hire, rent, transmit or adapt the CBT, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of CAE Oxford Aviation Academy.
